조기졸업을 희망하는 대학원생은 다음 사항을 참조하여 신청하시기 바랍니다.

 

 

1. 신청기간

- 9/1(월) - 9/26(금) 교학과 업무시간 내(9:00 - 17:30)(기한 준수)

 

2. 신청자격

 

■ 석사과정

- 2학기 이상 등록하고 각 과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하여 전체 평점평균 4.3 이상인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 1개 학기 또는 1년(2개 학기)의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다. 단, 학위청구논문 심사에 불합격한 경우 수업연한을 단축할 수 없다.

 

■ 박사과정

- 3학기 이상 등록하고 각 과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하였으며, 전체 평점평균 4.3 이상인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 1개 학기의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다. 단, 학위청구논문 심사에 불합격한 경우 수업연한을 단축할 수 없다.

 

■ 석박사통합과정

- 6학기 이상 등록하고 석․박사통합과정의 소요 학점을 모두 취득하였으며, 전체 평점평균 4.3 이상인 자로서 지도교수 및 학과장(주임교수)의 추천을 거쳐 대학원장의 승인을 받은 자는 2개 학기의 수업연한을 단축할 수 있다. 단, 학위청구논문 심사에 불합격한 경우 수업연한을 단축할 수 없다.

 

■ 학석사연계과정, 석사단기과정, 학점기반 졸업과정, 편입학생의 경우 조기졸업 신청 불가

 

■ 입학 시 본교 또는 국내외 다른 대학원에서 취득한 학점을 수료학점으로 인정받은 경우에는 조기졸업을 신청할 수 없음

 

 

3. 신청방법

붙임의 조기졸업 추천서 작성 후 대학원 교학과(광개토관 905)로 제출

반드시 본인 자필 서명, 지도교수 자필 서명 필수(도장 불가)

1. Application Period

- September 1, 2025 - September 26, 2025, within Office Hours(9:00 - 17:30)(punctuality is required)

 

 

2. Qualification

 

■ Master's program

 

- Students who entered master’s program, registered for 2 semesters or more and earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher may graduate 1 semester or 1 year (2 semesters) early through advisor’s and Dean of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if the grade at the end of 2nd or 3rd semester does not satisfy early graduation criteria or student does not pass thesis deliberation, student must register the next semester full-time.

 

■ Doctoral program

 

- Students who entered doctoral program, registered for 3 semesters or more and earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher may graduate 1 semester early through advisor’s and Dean of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if the grade at the end of 3rd semester does not satisfy early graduation criteria or student does not pass dissertation deliberation, student must register the next semester full-time.

 

■ Combined Master’s-Doctoral program

 

- Students who entered combined master’s-doctoral program, registered for 6 semesters or more and earned all graduation credits, and have cumulative GPA of 4.3 or higher may graduate up to 2 semesters early through advisor’s and Dean of Department’s recommendation and Principal’s approval. However, if the grade at the end of 6th semester does not satisfy early graduation criteria or student does not pass dissertation deliberation, student must register the 7th semester full-time.

 

■ Related Bachelor's-Master's progam, Short-Term Master's program, Credit-Based Graduation program, Transferred student are not allowed to apply for early graduation

 

■ If some credits earned at this university or another graduate school are accepted as completion credits, you cannot apply for early graduation

 

 

3. How to apply

After completing the attached early graduation recommendation, submit it to the Graduate School Education Department(Gwanggaeto-Gwan 905)

Each autograph(Applicant, Advisory Professor, Head Professor) should be in the document(Any stamps are not accepted)
