Student ID Card Application for Fall 2025

학생증 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

 

1. 학생증 발급 안내

1) 포탈 로그인 (ID: 학번 / 초기PW: 생년월일 8자리)

2) 학사적보시스템 아래 메뉴로 이동

- 메뉴 : 학적/자격시험 > 내정보관리 및 증명서신청 > 신상정보관리

3) [성명] 칸 이름 확인

- 수정이 필요할 경우 9/10(수)까지 아래 공지사항에 따라 수정 신청

4) [사진보기] 클릭 후 사진 확인

① 사진이 잘 등록돼있으면 → 3번으로 이동

② 사진이 없을 경우 → 2번으로 이동

 

2. (※미등록자만) 사진 등록 신청 기간 : 2025.09.08.(월) ~ 2025.09.10.(수)

1) 신청 대상

- 학사정보시스템에 사진이 등록되어 있지 않은 학생

- 사진이 정상적으로 등록된 학생의 경우 제출 대상이 아닙니다.

- 学士系统上有正常登录照片的学生并非申请提交对象，请勿进行申请提交。

2) 사진 파일 준비

★사진 파일 형식★ (형식을 지키지 않을 경우 등록 불가)

① 사진 비율 : 3.5 X 4.5 위 비율을 지키지 않을 경우 사진이 찌그러져 보이게 됩니다. ② 파일 형식 : JPG ③ 파일 크기 : 500KB 이하 ④ 파일명 : 학번

3) 이메일 제출 : grad@sejong.ac.kr 로 위 형식에 맞는 사진을 첨부하여 제출

- 이메일 본문에 반드시 학번, 성명을 기재해주시기 바랍니다.

 

3. 학생증 신청 기간

1) 모바일 학생증 : 바로 신청 및 사용 가능

2) 카드 학생증 : 2025.09.25.(목)부터 발급 신청 가능 ※ 발급 가능 날짜는 변동될 수 있으며, 변동 시 추후 공지 예정

[신청 방법] ▶ 내국인 : 온라인 신청 (첨부 pdf “학생증 체크카드 신청 방법” 참조)  또는 방문 신청 (국민은행 어린이대공원역점) ▶ 외국인 : 방문 신청 (국민은행 어린이대공원역점) → 지도 바로가기(클릭)

Student ID Card Application for Fall 2025

 

The following are instructions on how to apply for the student ID card.

 

1. Check whether your photo is registered

1) Login in to the Sejong Portal (ID: Student ID no. / Default PW: 8-digit birthdate)

2) Go to the menu below in the Academic Information System

- Menu : School Register Management > Academic Calendar and Certificate-related > Personal Information Management by Individual

3) Check your Name

- If you need to change your name, follow the instructions in the notice below and apply for name change by September 10(Wed).

4) Click “Photo” and see whether your photo is registered

① If your photo is registered → Go to no. 3 below

② If there is no photo → Go to no. 2 below

 

2. Photo Registration Period : September 8, 2025(Mon) ~ September 10, 2025(Wed)

1) Applies to

   - Students who have no photo registered on the Academic Information System

- If your photo is registered, you DO NOT need to send your photo

2) Image File

★Image File Format★ (If the format is incorrect, we cannot register your photo)

① Image Ratio : 3.5 X 4.5 If the ratio is different the photo will look distorted. ② File Type : JPG ③ File Size : 500KB 이하 ④ File Name : Student ID no.

3) Send your photo to grad@sejong.ac.kr

- Make sure your photo is in the format above.

- Please include your Student ID no. and name in the e-mail.

 

3. Student Card Application Period

1) Mobile Student ID Card : Any Time

2) Physical Student ID Card : Application starts from Thursday, September 25, 2025 ※ The date is subject to change and will be announced if any changes occur.
